Returns are acceptable only if the product is wrong/damaged or expired in transit.
To request a return, please email us at contact@kcarebeauty.in with a clear image of the product that needs to be returned.
After verification, KCARE will dispatch the replacement within 72 working hours.
If the product is not available, a refund will be provided after the return has been verified.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
3. Serial Number has tampered
4. Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
5. Product is used or altered
6. If request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery
7. Free product provided by brand
Personal care appliances and beauty tools cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse or Seller’s warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours by writing to us at contact@kcarebeauty.in.
In such cases, the KCARE order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
If you wish to cancel KCARE order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
Customer refused to accept the KCARE order; refund will be initiated after RTO is Marked. RTO is Return to origin.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. (Depending on the Bank) For cash on delivery transactions the order will be cancelled on the website.
KCARE reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed manually via UPI after the customer shares their UPI ID through email.
The refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days from our end, once the Return to Origin (RTO) is confirmed by the logistics partner.
